We just returned from a wonderful trip to NY for the holiday. It was great to be away for a few days and spend time with our families and friends. Dave and Caitlin continued their tradition of turkey trotting with a 5K on Thanksgiving morning. We then spent the rest of the day (and weekend) eating. My mother threw a fantastic baby shower at the same place where we had our wedding reception. That was an ideal chance to catch up with family and friends. It was a great trip home, and now we'll just hunker down in our house until the baby arrives!
