Wilson fits the bill: Small, white guy who likes rap.
Although I know we shouldn't let him until he's 2 (according to the American Academy of Pediatrics), this kid will not sit in front of the television for anything. I've tried putting on Sesame Street and he'll laugh and point at Elmo but then continue on with whatever he's doing. However, he will sit and attend to 4-minute-long rap videos on YouTube. And he doesn't just watch - he bounces and dances and waves his arms around. Sometimes he'll even get down out of our laps to dance on the floor. His current favorite is this parody of Jay-Z's "Empire State of Mind." It's actually pretty well done and worth checking out, although your viewing experience won't be quite as authentic without Wilson around to move to the music!
