The Quicks enjoyed a great trip to NY this past weekend. It began with a visit to Will's buddy Katerina who was just three weeks old. She was so adorable and such a good baby. She was also extremely light! Wilson was once 8 lbs., but I don't remember him ever feeling so delicate. When these kids are three years old, the four months between them will be meaningless, but right now, Wilson is HUGE compared to baby Kat! Will also got to spend quality time with both sets of grandparents, and with his cousins as well. He also got to meet his first relatives from the Wilson side of the family, Aunt Mary and Uncle Jim.

Wilson is doing really well eating his cereal. He has several new "tricks," one of which is smacking his lips, which I think stems from adjusting to the food in his mouth. He loves to blow bubbles with his lips and he has begun banging his toys on the ground or slapping his hands on bigger toys that he can't grasp. He's been trying out the exersaucer and in general loves to just be sitting upright. His happy streak continues, and he couldn't be more delightful to be around. Only 11 more school days until I'm a full-time mommy!
