Fun in Florida

We just returned from visiting Dave's grandparents and aunt in Florida. It was a great trip, and Wilson did an awesome job for his first time on an airplane. He was equal parts excited and sleepy, so it worked out well. Wilson loved meeting more of Daddy's family, and especially liked swimming in the pool. (We didn't realize that teaching him how to kick would transfer to the bathtub. After today, there will be no more baths in the kitchen - there was water everywhere!) Wilson got to ride on a golf cart and in a taxi, and even got to see baby alligators. Dave and I went to Tampa for a day and checked out Tropicana Field. It was nice to cross another ballpark off our list, but this one was probably our least favorite of all we've been to. We were grateful it was indoors and air-conditioned, though! While in Tampa, we also went to Bern's Steakhouse, courtesy of Jean and Harvey. It was the best dining experience we ever had. We highly recommend it!
After returning late last night, we're busy repacking for the holiday weekend in Maine. Happy 4th to everyone! Also, congratulations to Abbey and Tracy on the birth of Tess! She is beautiful, and we can't wait to meet her. Emma will make a great big sister!
