NY Weekend

Wilson and I enjoyed a busy weekend socializing in New York. The main reason for our trip home was to see my friend Britt and her daughter Chui (a.k.a. Elizabeth) who were in town from South Africa. Growing up, Britt and I lived across the street from each other on the lake, and our other neighbor Erin, who now lives in Philadelphia, was also visiting with her son Nathan. It was a lot of fun to hang out again like we did in elementary, middle and high school, but this time with our kids. They were all so active that we never got a picture of the three of them together, or the three of us! Wilson and I also had a great time at the birthday brunch for Mima and Riley. Riley, the oldest cousin, turned 6 years old this week! It's hard to believe she's in first grade and that Addison started preschool. All the girls are growing up! It was neat to see how much baby Chelsea has grown over the past few weeks and hard to believe Wilson was ever that small or that light! The weekend also brought the start of football season, and Wilson got his first official introduction to the Patriots. Thank goodness they pulled off a win. We don't have a picture of him in his wicked cute Pats outfit because I temporarily misplaced the camera. We'll get one this Sunday!
