Inauguration Day

Wilson was very happy to be around to witness history today. Dave and I were also glad to be home in front of the t.v. to see it all ourselves. We're looking forward to the next 8 years!

The past few days have been fairly uneventful. We've just been hanging out at home, watching the snow fall and keeping warm. It may have just been coincidence, but as soon as Mima left, Wilson was cranky for almost 24 hours. We missed her immediately! Wilson blew his first raspberries the other day with milk that he had yet to swallow. It was very cute! I had my first experience with projectile poop in the middle of the night. I could do without that again! He has a habit of forming his hands into fists and raising them above his head, either one at a time or simultaneously, as if he's trying to get attention or make a point. It is so adorable, and reminds me of how the doctor said he was going to be a politician when he came out waving, a funny way of describing the painful compound delivery!

I know I may be partial, but Wilson really should be the poster child for the DNC. That picture is much more effective than Howard Dean could ever be.
